Fit for Fun has been operating in Mykonos since 2011 and has gained both the appreciation and trust among its members, due to its high level of Scientifical approach of concepts such as: Exercise, Positive Energy and Friendly mood. In Fit For Fun, our first concern is to compile our professional knowledge and experience in order to ensure that the Exercise we suggest covers your needs and is followed by obvious results. Our aim is to offer you a safe training along with a day by day fixation of the way you feel about your body, as it is constantly improving through pleasant and enjoyable ways of work out. GYROTONIC
ANTI-AGING EXERCISE
This method is focused on empowerment and flexibility. It strengthens and stretches the body with the minimum effort while it also increases the extent of movement inside the joints.
GYROKINESIS
METHOD ADJUSTED TO THE NEEDS OF THE BODY
A combination of elements and movements of Yoga, Gymnastics and Tai Chi. This method is adjusted to the body and not vice versa. An anti-aging Exercise which addresses all age groups.
PILATES
STRENGTHENING AND CONTROLLING MY BODY
A well constructed Pilates Program aims to affect the empowerment and flexibility in the Abdominal and Rhesus muscles, as well as to coordinate both mentally and physically.

Having a deep knowledge of the Science of Physical Education, this acts as an aid to support and boost a program of Physical Exercise that focuses not only on the improvement of deficiencies, but also on the general physical condition of the patient-individual.
